    OJIBWE/OTTAWA/CHIPPEWA BIRCH BARK PORCUPINE QUILL BASKET/BOX FLORAL DECOR C.1940. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority. This was type of work done by mid Michigan tribes following WWII, often sold door to door and also to tourists. This box is about 4 5/8” X 3 5/ X 2” with great patina and vivid yellow flowers. The detail and craftsmanship are outstanding. There are a few quills missing (typical and easily restored, if desired), otherwise in very good to excellent condition.
